There's also a group of maybe about two dozen near highway 6 south of Owen Sound in Ontario.
They've been there for a few years.

I am not sure if the sprawling buildings in Chicago would lead to blockages of the free flow of wind needed to be harnessed

Sorry for following my own post here, but I've since heard on the TV news that there will be dozens more wind turbines added to the field of them north of Toronto.
I forget what the timeline of the addition is, but that's good news.

Ricardo, just curious as to the power consumption in your area and whether your local power company uses wind power as a source of your electricity?
Since we both live in Canada and here in Alberta we use turbines to power our electricity.

We have a fairly large wind-farm in the south of our state. I have no idea how much power it generates, but I do know that there are plans to put in another one!
