A substance made out of biomass that can be harnessed for energy without polluting.

In reality, there have been many progresses made by many nations in regards to the usage of biofuel, although 100% pollution free biofuel may still require additional research.
In Canada I know that the government is making progress by aiming 45% of its gasoline consumption to contain at least 10% ethanol by the Winter Olympics in 2010.
