Well, these days we should really be asking ourselves this question:
What isn't incorporated into video games?
and IBM has just answered our question with a game revolving around renewable energy.
Apparently the game is used as a teaching material and has become quite popular, the game is called PowerUp

I think its an mmorpg _style_ type game but only played in the classroom.
Although the idea is great, I doubt it will gain any popularity as to evolve into an online or console game.
Basically its like one of those Math Power games played in elementary.
